Welcome to the 3.Austrian Indian Tour!

3 Days, 3 Countries, 3 Mountainpasses, that´s the 3.Austrian Indian Tour! It´s impossible to get more curvy roads into a 3 day programm. Besides the three famous mountainroads Timmelsjoch, Stilfserjoch and Silvretta, we will ride countless other passes and roads like the Flexenroad over the Arlberg or the Passo di Eira in Italy. In Austria, Italy and Switzerland, we ride about 360 miles and will have overnights in Landeck, Tarrenz and Trafoi. As every year, we will enjoy typical Austrian food and beverages. To ensure that everyone gets home savely, we will be escorted by a repaircar with trailer.

Requirements to man and machine:

The Austrian Indian Tour is obviously planned as a ride. Without a hury and always broken by fotostops or rests we will be in the saddle most of the time. The route will mostly follow mountainroads.

Important!!!: We will not have time for repairwork on our motorcycles while the tour is on its way. All mtorcycles have to be in perfect technical condition at the beginning of the tour. No Indians without front brake! Also the cycle has to be fully light equiped. Please take care that you are able to secure your machine with a chain and lock. Oil has to be carried of each rider in suitable amounts.

Accomodation and Board:

	At Wednesday we stay at the Hotel Trammserhof in Landeck.
	A big garage is reserved for our motorcycles.
	Double Bedrooms, fully equiped.
	Dinner with choice for the main dish*, beverages not incl.
	Breakfastbuffet
	At Thursday we stay at the Hotel Lamm.

	A secured area behind the hotel is reserved for us.

Tour - Servicecar:

For the whole tour there will be a servicecar with a trailer. Space for 2 motorcycles. It will be possible to transport small luggage and clean oilcanisters too.

Important: Sidecaroutfits can not be carried on the trailer. In case of a breakdown of the machine, a secure place nearby (gasstation, hotel) to store the motorcycle will be found. The transport of the motorcycle will than be organized in the evening or at the end of the tour. Thats also for motorcycles without sidecar, if the trailer is fully loaded.

As the fees for roads and passes on the route change frequently, they are not included in the prices above. (25 - 30 €)

Booking:

The booking for the "Austrian Indian Tour 2009"  has to be made per e-mail or phone. Please transfer the attendancefee to the bankaccount wich will be given to you after contacting me. From all countries within the EU, an european banktransfer is free of charge. Canceling the booking is possible till 1 month before the event. Afterwards the attendancefee will not be payed back.
